“Quiet Quitting,” or employees’ responses to being bored, frustrated, burned out and otherwise unhappy at work is nothing new.

In some cases, it’s not about the employer expecting too much, it’s about them allowing too little!

John and I worked together at a large financial institution in the late ’90s early ’00s and had a situation that could have driven us to clocking in and out every day long enough to find another job.  But we handled it a bit differently.
