Here’s what I’m doing in  the Year of the Tiger:

  1. Raising prices, and getting comfortable with financial conversations.
  2. Talking about mindset directly, instead of “hiding” the topic in our conversations about sales and marketing tactics.
  3. Oubound marketing. Actually picking up the phone and approaching prospects I want, rather than waiting for them to come to me.
