Q1 2025 Highlights from ABCI

There are two things that we think are VERY helpful for successful marketing.

  • Openness and transparency (this helps build trust)  and
  • Knowing your numbers!

So in the interest of practicing what we preach, and modeling good behavior we’re committed to publicly sharing quarterly reports.

As we wrap up the first quarter of 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on where we’ve been, what we’ve learned, and how we’re preparing for a stronger, smarter year ahead.

Client Partnerships & Retention

We’re proud to report:

  • •An average client lifespan of 3  years and 4 months, significantly higher than the B2B agency average
  • •A retention rate of 57.4%, with many clients staying with us across multiple growth phases and service tiers
  • •Continued collaboration with the best aviation brands, including Special Services Corporation, InFlight USA, eTT Aviation, and Aeris Insurance as premium clients.

We’re grateful to clients who’ve been with us for years, as well as those who trusted us for short-term, high-impact campaigns. Every engagement helps shape what we build next.

Sales Performance

In Q1, we signed 3 new clients — all well-aligned with our core mission:

To empower aviation companies with strategic marketing solutions

  • that build lasting relationships,
  • enhance brand visibility, and
  • drive sustainable growth in a competitive industry,

while fostering a supportive and empowering environment for our team members to achieve their career goals.

We’ve seen a strong return to quality over quantity, and we’re excited to grow alongside our clients this quarter.

Internal Focus

In Q1, we streamlined our team and structure to focus on:

  • Faster, clearer client communication
  • Higher-quality content creation
  • Scalable systems for onboarding and delivery

Our leaner, more specialized team means quicker turnaround, better attention to detail, and deeper relationships.

Looking Ahead

In Q2 –

  • We have capacity and openings to onboard 3–5 new client partners with long-term growth goals. (Referrals are always welcome – they make the best clients and make our Marketing Lab community stronger!)
  • We’re committed to sharing more behind-the-scenes insights from our process and team
  • Continuing to improve the depth and quality of the content we develop in collaboration with clients.
  • Commitment to our medium to large aviation companies, as well as continuing the rollout of our Personal Branding services for aviation industry VIPs at all levels.

Thank You for Being Part of Our Story

Whether you’ve been with us for years, or you’re just discovering ABCI — we’re honored to be part of your journey. Aviation is a small world, and we’re here to help you make a big impact in the industry we love.
