If you’ve ever worked on aircraft (or anything else!) you know that having all the right tools won’t get the work done for you, but they can certainly take a lot of the time and drudgery out of it!
Most of these tools are included or recommended at different levels of our Marketing Lab, but we understand that some people aren’t ready for a partnership, they just need to plug a hole in their current process to get to the next level!
So, we’re sharing some of our favorites with you here.

Prospecting

Libsyn – One great way to keep the attention of prospects (and attract new ones!) is to have a regular podcast! And Libsyn is a cost-effective, easy-to-use podcast hosting services with lots of neat tools like a customizable embed tool so you can add your podcast episodes to your website!

Sales

Termageddon – It’s important to keep in compliance with all of the laws and rules of doing business on the Internet. Termageddon is a subscription tool that keeps you apprised of the many, many changes to Internet privacy policies.
Cockatoo – Makes automated, timestamped transcriptions of videos that can be used for captions, SEO, and other purposes. We make transcriptions of all of our client meetings published on Basecamp to make them searchable. If you’re wondering, “when did we talk about that one LinkedIn strategy, and how did we go about making that work?” You can jump to just the right spot in just the right video, saving a TON of time!
