Customers who don’t know the difference will simply choose the product or service that they think will meet their needs at the lowest price. They may not be aware of what to look for, or how to evaluate the offerings on the market.

Product demonstrations are a great way to capture their interest and attention and to educate them about specific nuances of your product or service.
