George Rice, the founder and Senior Partner of BIZJETCPA is pleased to announce that Joe Park, CPA has been promoted to Managing Partner of the Firm. Joe Park joined BIZJETCPA in 2017 and was promoted to partner in charge of the Firm’s tax practice in 2018.
Based on Joe’s prior background and knowledge of federal income tax, he has quickly absorbed the specifics and multi-disciplinary intricacies of the business aviation niche at the federal, state and local level. His demonstrated personal growth in the business aviation community and was recently acknowledged by his admission to the NBAA Tax Committee.
Prior to joining BIZJETCPA, Joe Park worked at Grant Thornton LLP, an international accounting firm, where he was responsible for federal and state tax compliance for large, consolidated corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. Joe’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a MS in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. His education, prior experience and rapid development with the Firm has formed the perfect foundation for Joe’s ascension to Managing Partner.
